TeamToxic.xyz ("we," "us," "our," or "the Studio") is a Bitcoin-only branding studio creating eternal brand marks and logos for clients who value freedom, privacy, and great design. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we deliberately don't collect. We wrote it in plain language, because opaque legalese is the opposite of everything we stand for.
1. Our Philosophy
We work with Bitcoiners. We assume you care about privacy as much as we do. Our default is data minimalism: we collect only what is strictly necessary to deliver our work, communicate with you, and keep the lights on.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Your name (or pseudonym — we're happy to work with a handle)
- Your contact details (typically an email address or a messaging handle)
- Project briefs, brand assets, references, and feedback you share with us
- Payment information processed via the Bitcoin Lightning Network or on-chain (we see payment details such as invoices and payment hashes — we never see banking details, because we don't take them)
Information collected automatically:
If you visit our website, we may collect basic, aggregate technical data (such as browser type and approximate region) if and only where needed to keep the site functional and secure. We do not run advertising trackers, cross-site pixels, or behavioral profiling scripts. No cookies for marketing. Ever.
3. What We Deliberately Don't Do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data — to anyone, for any price, in any currency.
- We do not run third-party ad networks or data brokers on our site.
- We do not require KYC. You may pay us in Bitcoin and work with us under a pseudonym.
- We do not build behavioral profiles or dossiers on our clients.
- We do not use your project data to train machine learning models without your explicit written permission.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver your brand mark, logo files, and related deliverables
- Communicate about your project (briefs, revisions, approvals, delivery)
- Issue Bitcoin invoices and confirm payment
- Maintain basic business records where required by applicable law
- Improve our services in aggregate (never by profiling individuals)
5. Where Your Data Lives
Client project data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the Studio. Access is limited to team members directly involved in your project. We use strong access controls and encryption in transit and at rest wherever technically feasible.
6. Who We Share It With
Practically nobody. The only exceptions:
- Service providers essential to operations (e.g., email hosting, file storage), bound by contractual confidentiality
- Legal compulsion: if we receive a valid legal order, we may be required to comply — but we will not volunteer anything absent one, and we collect so little that there's rarely much to hand over
- With your consent, where you explicitly ask us to share something (e.g., a collaborator you add to a project)
7. How Long We Keep It
- Project files and communications: retained as long as needed to deliver your work, plus a reasonable archival period so you can come back for your files years later — eternal marks deserve eternal archives. You may request deletion at any time.
- Invoice and payment records: retained only as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Everything else: deleted when it no longer serves a purpose.
8. Your Rights
You can, at any time:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request corrections
- Request deletion (we'll honor it, subject to legal record-keeping duties)
- Ask us to stop processing your data for a particular purpose

9. Children
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the legal age in their jurisdiction.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify active clients directly. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
